Is the ZOE subscription worth it?

Disclaimer: I started this blog post with two goals:
- Finding out what is wrong with my gut. I’m a long term sufferer of what I have always assumed is IBS. I’ve had numerous consultations with NHS staff, countless blood tests, stool sample analyses, and scans. Nobody has found anything.
- Sharing my affiliate code to boost my passive income. You’ll soon see why I haven’t included my code here.
How effective is ZOE nutrition?
I’ve been using ZOE exactly as instructed for a month. Here’s my honest opinion:
- ZOE takes your manually inputted food and tracks against your blood sugar and blood fat spikes. The lack of barcode recognition is inherently flawed an open to ingredient interpretation.
- The suggested meals are fine. But when I was prompted to reach out if I didn’t feel better after eating the suggested amount of plants (veg, fruit, seeds, legumes, etc.), the result was…nothing.
- Overall, I didn’t learn anything with regards to nutrition.
- I reached out for help A LOT. Nobody was forthcoming. Everyone just wanted to close the web chat. Nobody answered the phone, ever.
